Compare visitor insurance plans

We compute a "comparability score" for every pair based on whether they share an insurer, plan type, age range, and coverage tier. Same-insurer and same-tier pairs surface first because that's the question real buyers ask. Mismatched pairs (e.g. fixed-benefit $50k vs comprehensive $1M) are still rendered when you search for them, but kept out of search-engine indexes to avoid clutter.
