1. The service

BackToIndia provides decision-support content and a matching engine to help families compare visitor health insurance plans. We are not an insurer, not a broker of record, and not your agent. We do not sell, issue, bind, administer, or settle claims on any insurance policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the site. Information about a visitor must be provided either by the visitor or by a family member or representative authorised to do so.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt the site's security or availability.
• Submit false or misleading information into the matching engine.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including the matching engine, plan summaries, comparisons, graphics, and copy, is owned by BackToIndia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Insurer names, plan names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

You may share links to our pages, quote short excerpts with attribution, and print results for personal use. Any other use requires our written permission.

5. No insurance, no medical, no legal advice

Information on BackToIndia is for general guidance and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for the actual policy wording, professional insurance advice, medical advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We link to insurer websites, brokers, and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Any commercial relationship with a third party is disclosed in our editorial policy.

We do not warrant that plan details are complete or current at every moment, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that recommendations will fit your specific situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackToIndia, its team, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site or any plan you purchase from a third party. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BackToIndia harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site, or to specific features, at any time for any lawful reason, including suspected abuse. You may stop using the site at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to litigate in your home jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
